Refund policy

 

Kings Detailing Co Returns/Refunds:

We have a 48 hour (2 days) return policy across all services. Which means you have to request return/refund within 48 hours of receiving your completed service. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our work and will always accept the work back to make adjustments for our customers satisfaction.  Refunds are not guaranteed. Returns will be denied if work is determined from post departure. 

Kings Detailing Co Cancellations:

We ask for at least a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling a scheduled appointment.
